Sandrine Holt (born Sandrine ho) was born on November 19, 1972, in London. She is the daughter of a Chinese father and a French mother. When she was five, she was able to move to Toronto, Canada and has called it home ever since. Prior to her acting career, she worked as a model in Paris as a model for the catwalk. In the 1991 film Black Robe, she made her film debut as Annuka. The role she played in the film was selected for nomination for the Genie Award (Canadian Oscar). Rapa Nui Rise in Paradise The Legend of Pocahontas & Dance with the Murderer, along with guest appearances in Poltergeist The Uncanny Force & Outer Limits The Unknown Dimension was followed by. She played a significant role in John Woo's The Thief for 22 episodes. In 2004, the film Starship Troopers 2 Hero of the Federation, which can be seen only on DVDVHS and Resident Evil Apocalypse was released. Her debut series role was in 24 Twenty Four. Following guest appearances in series and smaller roles in films Holt took on a leading part on Hostages in 2013, and also she played a minor role in the Netflix show House of Cards. The Returned, The Returned, the US version of The Returned, Holt played Julie Han. She was as well cast in the role of Dr. Bethany Exner in 2015.
